Different couples and families allow the viewers in the TV programme to gain an insight into their private lives. To do this, remote cameras are fitted in nearly every part of their houses or apartments. Thus, for five days, viewers get the chance to be part of their morning routine, their behaviour and opinions, and their dinner habits. They share their interaction with their children, housemates and neighbours. The viewers get the unique opportunity to be a fly-on-the-wall in this programme.
